The returning ruler is greeted by a large welcoming crowd; and he greets Military Guard of Honour and David Burns the British Ambassador Sihanouk greets line of UN peacekeepers and watches a Traditional dance of welcome . He then travels to his palace where he has not entered for twenty years and greets a member of staff who served him when he was king.
