UN High Commissioner for Refugees criticised
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has come under fire from an all-party committee of MPs over its handling of the Kosovo refugee crisis. The committee claims the UNHCR was ill-prepared for the exodus and is now failing to meet refugee's needs.
