(UN Military Observer) speaks to press - we have authority
to move; UN apc and lorries move off; Convoy held up again;
Van Dijk speaks to press - we are blocked again (by
regular Yugoslavian army); General Phillipe Morillon (UN
Commander) into Serbian police car; Morillon speaks to
press - can't understand why convoy is blocked; Police car
away; Morillon speaks to press - we (convoy) are going on
now to Srebrenica; Convoy lorries along.
