The Queen's ‘annus horribilis’ speech
After a year of royal turmoil the Queen expresses her displeasure. '1992 is not a year on which I will look back with undiluted pleasure...it has turned out to be an annus horribilis'. 'I sometimes wonder how future generations will judge the events of this tumultuous tear'.
