Reagan quizzed over START agreement and use of astrologer
ITN reporter Ed Stourton asks Reagan if he expects a START agreement before the end of his presidency and how Gorbachev would react to claims by former secretary Donald Regan that Reagan made decisions using astrology. Reagan says "No decision was ever made by me on the basis of astrology". Reagan talks about his friendship with Gorbachev "I remember The Gen Sec and I together in a room one on one, remarked about the uniqueness of our situation and that, very possibly, between us war and peace for the world could be decided".
