President Reagan’s broadcast on Nicaraguan conflict

President Reagan speaks on TV about Nicaragua. Reagan needs Congress to approve 100 million dollars in aid for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels - "Now comes the crucial test for the Congress of the United States. Will they provide the assistance the freedom fighters need to deal with Russian tanks and gunships or will they abandon the democratic resistance to it's communist enemy"
