In a pre-Tokyo summit speech Reagan reaffirms US commitment to terrorism:Shows Reagan walking with aides from White House carrying papers. Reagan on podium at Chamber of Commerce as others applaud says;
"As we lift off aboard Air Force One circling half the globe, the winds of freedom will be propelling my mission..In short terrorism undeterred will deflect the winds of freedom...No-one can kill Americans and brag about it, no-one...." Reagan off platform waving and into White House with aides.
