President Reagan at Brussels NATO summit
Shows NATO summit at Brussels in progress. Reagan and Margaret Thatcher photocall in front of open fire. Reagan answers press question on final communique "I haven't seen it yet" and leans back to aide who says "We saw it last night" and Reagan says "Oh, yes very good, no problems". Reagan motorcade arrives at airport. Reagan gives speech "I'm going to issue an executive warning; you get out of this nasty weather before you catch cold" and laughs. Crowds cheer and enthusiastically wave American flags as Reagan waves from top of airplane steps and clasps hands above head.
