President Reagan arrives for Moscow arms control summit
Shows Reagan and Nancy hand in hand down steps of Airforce one arriving in Moscow for their first visit to Russia for arms control summit. Reagan and Soviet President Andrei Gromyko firmly shake hands and Reagan seems to flick fly off Gromyko's suit as joke. Both stand as Russian anthem is played by band. Reagan inspects troops.
