N KOREA: Lavish celebrations are being held for President Kim ll Sung 80th Birthday. The Chinese President Yang Shangkun is also in the audience. Kim Jung Il (President's son) looksforward to taking over from his father and build bridges with Japan,South Korean and America.North Korean need investors, but to attract this they must first open up their nuclear facilities for inspection.
