Generals meet in Kosovo peace talks
A NATO delegation led by Britain's Lieutenant General Sir Mike Jackson, spent today with Yugoslavia's top generals dictating to them how to pull their troops and armour out of Kosovo,. The talks took place in a coffee house on Kosovo's bordere with Macedonia. They broke up this evening without resolution and are due to resume tomorrow.
