Kuwait is part of Iraq and he will solve problem by peaceful
means: by negotiations in international organisations, with other
Arabs and Kuwait themselves: Kuwait is part of Iraq: don't see how
you can call it independent Kuwait: General Kassim has given
guarantee of never using force: I can assure you if General Kassim
wanted to take Kuwait by force he could have done it on the
morning of the 25th.
