The Beatles Work Together Again 1995

In November 1995 the Beatles recorded together again to release the first new Beatles song for 25 years. “Free As A Bird” featured the voice of John Lennon recorded in 1977 – three years before he was shot dead.

He was joined on the track by the three surviving Beatles at the time, George Harrison, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr. A new Beatles album “Anthology”, which includes the single, also went on sale.
